1Introduction & Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to kpk100. This Terms and Conditions document ("Agreement") is a legally binding contract between you ("Member" or "User") and kpk100 ("Platform", "We"). By accessing, registering for, or using any part of the kpk100 platform at kpk100.onl, you agree to be bound by all provisions stated in this document.

This agreement takes effect from the moment you complete account registration or use any kpk100 service, whichever comes first. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please discontinue use of the platform.

Kpk100 reserves the right to update or amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be communicated through the platform and members will be notified. Continued use of the platform after amendments constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.

2Member Eligibility

To register and use kpk100 services, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• Aged 18 years and above at the date of registration.
• Being an individual with full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract.
• Not a citizen or resident of any jurisdiction that prohibits participation in online gaming activities.
• Not currently listed on any self-exclusion register of any related gaming platform.
• Registering under your own name and not on behalf of any third party.

Kpk100 reserves the right to request proof of age and identity at any time. Failure to provide the required documents within the specified timeframe may result in temporary account suspension.

3Registration & Account Management

Each member is permitted to hold one account only on the kpk100 platform. Holding multiple accounts is strictly prohibited regardless of reason or circumstance.

During registration, you are required to:

• Providing accurate, truthful, and up-to-date personal information, including your full name, phone number, and active email address.
• Completing the identity verification (KYC) process when requested by kpk100.
• Choosing a strong password and keeping your login credentials confidential.
• Notifying kpk100 of any changes to your registration information.

You are fully responsible for all activity that occurs within your account. kpk100 will never request your password via email, WhatsApp, or any other channel. Please report any unauthorized access to our support team immediately.

4Deposit & Payment Methods

Kpk100 supports a variety of secure and trusted payment methods including online banking (FPX), e-wallets (Touch 'n Go eWallet, GrabPay, Boost) and direct bank transfer. All deposits are processed in real time.

Deposit-related terms are as follows:

• The minimum deposit amount is RM 20 each transaction.
• All deposits must be made using a payment method registered under the same name as the member.
• Kpk100 reserves the right to reject or hold any deposit suspected of involving illegal activity or fraud.
• Any charges or fees imposed by third-party payment providers are the responsibility of the member.
• Failed deposits resulting from incorrect information provided by the member will not be the responsibility of kpk100.

Kpk100 uses an automated transaction detection system to ensure all deposits are processed securely. Every transaction is recorded and can be reviewed through the transaction history in your account.

5Fund Withdrawal

Winnings may be withdrawn at any time, subject to the following conditions:

• The minimum withdrawal amount is RM 50 each request.
• KYC verification must be completed before your first withdrawal is processed.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to a bank account or e-wallet registered under the same name as the kpk100 account holder.
• Approved withdrawal requests will be processed within 15 minutes to 24 hours depending on the selected payment method.
• Accounts with an active bonus must fulfill the rollover requirement before a withdrawal is permitted.

Any attempt to withdraw funds through unauthorized methods or using another person's banking information will result in the withdrawal request being rejected and the account being reviewed.

6Bonuses, Promotions & Special Offers

Kpk100 offers a wide range of exciting promotions for new and existing members. All bonuses and promotions are subject to specific terms stated on the Promotions us.

General terms applicable to all kpk100 bonuses:

• Each bonus may only be claimed once per member unless otherwise stated.
• The rollover requirement must be met within the specified bonus validity period.
• Bonuses cannot be transferred between accounts or directly converted to cash.
• Kpk100 reserves the right to withdraw, modify or terminate any promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Using multiple accounts to claim the same bonus is prohibited and will result in the cancellation of all related bonuses.

7Game Rules & Ethics

All games on kpk100 use an independently verified random number generator (RNG) to ensure fairness and transparency. The outcome of every game is entirely random and cannot be influenced by any party.

Members must comply with the following rules when playing at kpk100:

• Play fairly and do not use any software, bots, or automated tools to gain an unfair advantage.
• Not exploiting any technical bugs or errors in the gaming system. Any winnings obtained through such means are void.
• Not engaging in any form of collusion with other players in live games or multi-player game tables.

8Fraud, Money Laundering & Prohibitions

• Depositing funds obtained through illegal or suspicious activities.
• Using a kpk100 account to transfer funds on behalf of another person.
• Creating or using multiple accounts to circumvent restrictions or obtain duplicate bonuses.
• Hacking, disrupting, or attempting to gain unauthorized access to kpk100 systems.
• Distributing obscene, threatening, or unlawful content through the platform.

9Account Closure & Suspension

You may close your kpk100 account at any time by contacting our support team. Before closing, ensure all eligible funds have been withdrawn and that no outstanding bonus rollover requirements remain.

Kpk100 reserves the right to suspend or close a member's account without prior notice in the following situations:

• Violation of any part of these Terms and Conditions.
• Reporting of fraudulent activity or money laundering.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the stipulated timeframe.
• Providing false information during registration or the verification process.
• At the request of a relevant authority or by valid court order.

If an account is closed due to a terms violation, kpk100 reserves the right to hold the remaining account balance until the investigation is concluded. kpk100's decision in such matters is final.

Kpk100 is not liable for:

• Financial losses incurred as a result of gaming activity.
• Service disruptions caused by factors beyond our control, including internet infrastructure issues or third-party technical failures.
• Unauthorized access to your account resulting from your own negligence in safeguarding your login credentials.
• Disputed game outcomes where the RNG has functioned correctly and is free from technical errors.

12Terms Amendment & Applicable Law

Kpk100 reserves the right to amend, update or replace any part of these Terms and Conditions at any time at our sole discretion. Significant changes will be communicated to members via their registered email or in-platform notification at least 7 days before taking effect.

Continued use of the kpk100 platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not agree with the changes, you must stop using the platform and close your account.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by applicable law, and any disputes arising shall be resolved through channels designated by kpk100. The final decision on all platform-related disputes rests with kpk100 management.
